Based upon a pristine 1921 000-28K from the Martin Museum collection, this slotted-head 12-fret is a completely faithful recreation of the original, featuring a solid highly figured Hawaiian koa top, back and sides for a distinct woodgrain look, and the more traditional hide glue construction and a hand-shaped dovetail neck without a truss rod for consistency and stability. Other appointments include 28 Style Zig Zag back purfling, a fine herringbone top inlay, authentic style pyramid bridge with long saddle, and Stew Mac Golden Age Bright Nickel 2515 Side Mount Tuning Machines with Ivoroid Knobs.
