This year Washburn adds a brand new V to Ola England's Signature Solar Series. Thanks to the beveled body, the Solar V160 not only looks wicked, it's comfortable to play. It features new Duncan Solar pickups, exclusively available on Washburn Parallaxe Solar guitars. They're very dynamic passive pickups that work well for both clean and distorted tones. A push/pull tone knob toggles between Series/Parallel wiring for maximum tonal versatility. Like Ola says, "It's a sick and well balanced V."

The PX-Solar Series is the signature line of swedish guitarist and producer Ola Englund (The Haunted, Feared, former Six Feet Under...). PX-Solar guitars feature full access neck joints, alder bodies and ebony fingerboards. With their stealth looks, the PX-Solar guitars are very solid, precise and professional instruments that will satisfy any metal player. Includes gig bag.

"The Solar line of guitars have everything I want out of a guitar, the tone, the feel, the looks. Everything just falls into place when I have one in my lap. Washburn gave me free hands to design whatever I wanted, no questions asked, and the outcome is a dream come true."
- Ola Englund
