Jaime "Duck" Hall
General Manager

 Jaime started working for the business as a young kid with his father and grandfather. He learned the tricks of the trade through years of hard work and determination. From the small store in North Tonawanda to our flag ship location in West Seneca, he has been a main stay on the sales floor. He is passionate about his customers and the local West Seneca community and strives to give back as much as he can. His love for old vintage gear is obvious whenever he gets his hands on a cool peice. Jaime (a.k.a "Ducky") has the knowledge of every department and can help you get the best price in town. Come down and meet the face of our store!


Juliana Schultz
Internet/Shipping Manager

Juliana has been with The Guitar Factory for 14 years, working in our internet sales department. She manages our shipping and receiving department along with handling the processing of our internet sales. Her hard work has been the foundation making online department a successful division of The Guitar Factory. Juliana says, “ I enjoy being part of the process of sending people the items they love and need all over the US and other countries.”


Matt Schultz
National Sales/Customer Service

Matt has been working for The Guitar Factory for over 5 years. He is the man behind the e-mails, phone calls, pictures, and graphic design for our web division of the store. His talent has made him an important part of the growth of our online department over the years. Matt is also a bassist and singer and plays locally in a Buffalo band.


Sarah Brenneman

Social Media / Web Manager
Music Program Director         

Sarah is a graduate of Buffalo State College with a Bachelor's degree in Music and English. She is a professionally trained vocalist of all genres, including classical, jazz, pop, folk, and show tunes. She has actively participated in choral work throughout high school and college, including various Orchard Park High School Chorales, NYSSMA Area All-State Choir, Buffalo State College Chorale, and the Orchard Park Chorale. She has a life-long love for music and a passion for photography, web design, and marketing.

At The Guitar Factory, she is the queen of social media, web content, and photography for the store, and can usually be found behind the lens of a camera or behind a computer screen, coming up with cool new ideas for the store's online presence.

Sarah is also our music lesson coordinator, and is always delighted to get new students involved in learning music. She loves to go the extra mile for TGF's students by organizing events like Rock Factory, Summer Rock Camp, Student Jams, and more! 



David Kleis
Sales Team Member

David Kleis is a multi-instrumentalist with seven years of experience teaching musicians of all ages. His primary instruments are the clarinet and electric guitar. His interest in music started at an early age when he began taking guitar lessons. Since then, he graduated magnum cum laude from SUNY Fredonia with a degree in Music Education and concentrations in brass and woodwind studies. David may be found at concerts or upgrading his pedal board. His own music is inspired by multiple genres from Classical and Jazz to Rock and World. In 2009, he was the recipient of the Semper Fidelis Award for Musical Excellence. David has had semesters of professional practice under Norman Zogaib, Mike Shaw, Paul Wos, Helen Ihasz, and Sandra Sweeley and has been a private student of Dr. Andrew Siegel, Dan Mylotte, Valentine Miscuraca, Mike Shaw, and Mrs. Kyle Kohan. David is currently pursing a Masters of Music Education from the University at Buffalo.
