Rare Purple Transparent Finish with Matching Headstock.

In 1996, the Carvin DC400T featured an alder body, a maple neck-through body construction, an ebony fingerboard with block inlays, and two Carvin C22 humbucking pickups. Key features included a graphite nut, Sperzel locking tuners, chrome hardware, and active electronics with separate volume/treble/bass controls, bright boost, phase, and coil tap switches.
Construction & Neck
Body: Alder, with the option for a new rounded body side for increased comfort.
Neck: Maple, through-body design, providing a 24-fret ebony fingerboard.
Nut: Graphite, a standard feature for the era.
Headstock: Matching-finish headstock.
Tuners: Sperzel locking tuners, arranged six-in-a-row.
Electronics & Hardware
Pickups: Two Carvin C22 humbucker pickups.
Controls: Active electronics with a volume knob, treble and bass EQ knobs, bright boost, a phase switch, and coil tap switches for each pickup.
Bridge: Fixed bridge.
Hardware: Chrome hardware.
