Overall Excellent Condition with PRS Hard Case. Just Set Up with new strings. Looks, Plays, and Sounds Amazing!! Like a lot of PRS guitars guitar of this era this one has developed a slightly faded clear coat on the back of the guitar near the set neck. We did our best to get pictures but can only be seen in certain lighting. This is strictly cosmetic and does not affect the guitar at all. The rest of the guitar is near perfect with zero neck, fret, or body wear.

The 2012 PRS P22 was Paul Reed Smith's first piezo-equipped solidbody guitar, featuring a figured maple top, mahogany back, 22-fret mahogany neck, 25” scale length, and a Pattern Regular neck profile. Key electronics include 53/10 pickups and a redesigned LR Baggs/PRS piezo system.
