ESP E-II Alexi Laiho Electric Guitar. Ripped Sawtooth Purple Fade Satin
Brand New. Not available for curbside pickup. Online orders only.
The ESP E-II Alexi Ripped is one of the final designs from the late, great Alexi Laiho, a guitar icon and frontman of Children of Bodom/Bodom After Midnight. Built in Japan at ESP’s renowned factory, this offset V-shaped shred machine is a high-performance, precision-engineered instrument, designed to deliver blistering speed, aggressive tone, and ultimate playability.
With neck-thru-body construction, alder body wings, and a three-piece maple neck with a natural satin finish, the E-II Alexi Ripped ensures incredible sustain, smooth access to all 24 frets, and effortless speed. The scalloped frets from 19-24 provide extra control for bends and vibrato, while glow-in-the-dark side markers keep you on point in any stage setting.
For Alexi’s signature ferocious tone, this model includes two pickups— a first in an Alexi signature guitar—featuring an EMG HZ FH-2 passive humbucker in the bridge for cutting presence and punchy attack, and an EMG HZ S2 stacked single coil in the neck for full-bodied, articulate mids and lows. An ESP MM-04 active boost switch adds up to +18dB of adjustable gain, perfect for searing solos and high-gain madness.
With premium features like Gotoh locking tuners, ESP strap locks, a Floyd Rose Original double-locking tremolo, and a striking Purple Fade Satin finish with “ripped” black pinstripes, the E-II Alexi Ripped is a fitting tribute to a metal legend.
