The LTD Black Metal Series brings the quality of the LTD Deluxe “1000 Series” with a menacing, stripped-down aesthetic designed for the heaviest styles. With its all-black finish, hardware, and components, the EX Black Metal is built to dominate the stage visually and sonically. It features set-thru construction for excellent sustain and access, a solid mahogany body, and a three-piece maple neck topped with a Macassar ebony fingerboard that’s free of inlays except for glow-in-the-dark side markers. The guitar is armed with a single direct-mount EMG 81 pickup with a stealthy black logo for uncompromising high-output tone. Additional pro features include 22 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets, a TonePros locking TOM bridge and tailpiece, LTD locking tuners, and the striking black metal LTD headstock logo.
