The LTD Orion-4, the signature bass of Orion from the internationally acclaimed extreme metal band Behemoth, is a powerhouse of precision, tone, and rugged design. Built to deliver the relentless sonic foundation that Behemoth is known for, the Orion-4 offers a textured, sandblasted swamp ash body in a striking Black Blast finish, combining bold aesthetics with dynamic tone.
This bass features bolt-on construction at a standard 34” scale, providing a familiar yet robust playing experience. Its three-piece maple neck is paired with a Macassar ebony fingerboard that includes glow-in-the-dark side markers, ensuring visibility in the darkest of venues. With 21 extra-jumbo frets and a Thin U neck contour, the Orion-4 is engineered for speed, accuracy, and comfort.
Top-notch hardware includes a Hipshot A Style bridge for excellent sustain and tuning stability and LTD vintage tuners for reliable performance. The Orion-4’s tonal versatility is powered by Nordstrand Big Split pickups, which deliver a rich, powerful sound suitable for any metal or rock setting. The onboard controls include volume (with a push/pull for passive mode), balance, and a stacked 2-band Nordstrand active EQ, offering detailed tone-shaping capabilities.
