The Phoenix-1004 pairs mahogany body wings with a five-piece mahogany/walnut neck, featuring a satin finish on the back for smooth and effortless playability. The Macassar ebony fingerboard includes 21 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets and ESP flag inlays, ensuring a sleek and premium feel. Accents like the brushed black pickguard and reverse headstock add to the bass's distinct style.

The sound is driven by a set of Fishman Fluence SB-1 active pickups, delivering a powerful and versatile tonal range. A push-pull tone control enables single-coil mode voicing, allowing for additional sound-shaping possibilities.
