The LTD Snakebyte is a Signature Series model designed for James Hetfield, the frontman of Metallica and one of the world’s most respected rhythm guitar players in any genre. Built on James’ own original design, the Snakebyte delivers uncompromising tone and stage-ready attitude. It features set-neck construction at a 24.75" scale, with a solid mahogany body and three-piece mahogany neck topped with a Macassar ebony fingerboard. 22 extra-jumbo frets and a custom snake inlay at the 12th fret add signature flair and smooth playability. Powered by James' own EMG JH SET active pickups for crushing rhythm tones and searing leads, it also includes a TonePros locking TOM bridge and tailpiece for rock-solid stability. Finished in stealthy Black Satin with black satin hardware, the Snakebyte is the ultimate tool for Hetfield-inspired riffing.
