Dig in more assertively, and the AE100 blooms with washes of crystal-clear top end, underpinned by punchy, organic mids and a full low end. The Ibanez AE100's back and sides are alternatively constructed from okoume, which produces a warm, woody tone, and responds to player dynamics equally as well as the spruce top. This combination of carefully selected tonewood creates a delicate balance of traditional tonality coupled with the broader dynamic range found in most Ibanez acoustics.
