Taking “unique” to all new heights, this 2005 Ibanez RG2570E Prestige has been carefully and artistically reborn in our Guitar Factory Chop Shop Design Studio and become a truly one of a kind creation! Each and every detail has been painstakingly created by hand, resulting in a raw, textured, and undeniably gorgeous grittiness. The top has also been adorned with metal “emblems” which add extra dimension and attitude, and we didn’t stop there-- skull-shaped knobs are the icing on this sinister cake! As for playability, the frets are near-perfect, the guitar itself plays amazing, and sounds even better. You’ll never find another axe like this – don’t let it become “the one that got away”!
The RG2570E is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2005. It is made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line. It replaced the RG2570EX; the primary change being the new five-piece neck.
The RG2570E features a basswood body with a textured finish bolted to a maple and walnut Wizard Prestige neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with smoke mirror sharktooth position markers. Components include dual Dimarzio IBZ humbucking pickups, an Edge Pro double locking tremolo bridge and Gotoh tuning machines.
