The EHB1005F multi-scale bass from Ibanez features headless construction, contoured body, an ergonomic design and chambered body that make for a lightweight and comfortable instrument excellent for long sets or practice sessions. This ergonomic 5-string bass also sports a combination of high-quality tone woods and versatile electronics, resulting in a cutting-edge, ultramodern instrument capable of cutting though a complex landscape of tones. An American basswood body is paired with a 5-piece roasted maple/walnut neck and Richlite fretboard for durability and moisture resistance. Equipped with Bartolini BH2 pickups, the EHB1005F bass provides a tight bottom end, punchy mid-range and smooth response with a dual-coil configuration that maximizes articulation. Additional features include an MR5HS bridge, Vari-mid 3-band EQ and a detachable finger ramp for comfortable fingerpicking.

This item is fully functiong properly and soley marked as a Factory Second due to a cosmetic flaw. The type of cosmetic flaw varies with every item such as light surface scratching, finish dings or splits, paint discoloration, etc. The flaw is purley cosmetic and does not affect the playability or durability of the item. The majority of Factory Seconds look brand new, as the manufacturer is fanatical about quality control and will mark an item as a second for even the tiniest cosmetic imperfection.
