Marshall AS100D 50+50-watt Acoustic Guitar Amplifier
Designed for acoustic guitars, the AS100D from Marshall Amplification is a combo amplifier capable of handling 100W RMS of power in total. It sports a 2x8" cabinet consisting of two 50W Celestion speakers and two polymer dome tweeters in order to achieve rich timbres and clarion highs. It also sports two separate preamps housed within its enclosure, allowing you to mix between—or even blend—conventional acoustic amplification technologies (piezo pickups, magnet, or microphone for example).
The amplifier section features four independent inputs—more than the amount needed to plug in your acoustic guitar and a microphone for the complete singer/songwriter experience. Digital Effects are also included, allowing you to whet your tone with reverb, delays, and chorus.
The rear panel displays the AS100D's external effects loop, a rotary control for the external effects loop, two 1/4" line outputs, two balanced XLR DI outputs, and a 1/4" jack for the amplifier's provided footswitch.
