Neck-through construction boosts sustain
To provide you with the best playing experience possible, Schecter designed the Banshee Mach-7 with neck-through construction. Made with alternating plies of maple and purpleheart, the neck provides you with incredible stability and a boost in sustain. You'll find that your notes sustain a little longer and that the body resonates more than usual. The neck is capped with a compound-radius fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets that are perfect for huge bends and blazing-fast licks. On either side of the neck, two swamp ash wings and an eye-catching flamed maple veneer round out the rest of the body.

Lundgren bridge pickup brings the ruckus
Guitar fanatics know that pickup selection is crucial, especially if you're planning to tune down. You'll be happy to know that the Banshee Mach-6 is loaded with a pair of Lundgren M6 humbucking pickups. Descended from Lundgren's well-loved M7 humbucker, the M6 creates the optimal blend between heavy-hitting power and superb clarity. With the boosted clarity, you'll find that these pickups sound tight and ferocious even in the lowest tunings.
