The lefty Schecter 2532 SHC Stiletto Custom has the same basic design and construction as the Stiletto Deluxe, but with EMG HZ pickups, a massive S-TEK bridge, active electronics (12dB bass/treble cut/boost), diamond fretboard inlays, and black hardware.

The Stiletto Custom builds on the concept of the Stiletto Studio and adds just little more flash with a maple top and gold or black hardware, which guarantees that you will not go unnoticed on stage. It comes loaded with EMG pickups, which deliver with precision and strength the rich tone of the instrument's mahogany body.

As with any bass guitar, the choice of tonewoods Schecter used has a huge impact on both the sound and feel of the Stiletto Stealth. To keep this not-insubstantial instrument light enough to play for hours yet resonant enough for metal, Schecter selected basswood for the body and maple for the neck. This combination gives the Stiletto Stealth plenty of punch, without limiting the low-end impact you can expect from this bass. Add to that a naturally conditioned rosewood fingerboard, and you've got killer sound and feel.
