The TGF Chop Shop turned garbage into gorgeous! But of course, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. We find this guitar absolutely stunning! This is one insanely awesome guitar. The body is a 1993 Fender Stratocaster Standard Body that was in storage for 10 years, we thought it was a little past its prime to use but we were wrong. It combines some natural wear and tear plus some TGF relicing and sanding to make this one of a kind strat look incredible.

Plus this guitar is super lightweight at only....

For the neck we went with a brand-new Fender Roasted Maple Telecaster Neck, 21 Narrow Tall Frets, 9.5", Maple, C Shape. This choice really sets the guitar off and gives it a truly unique look and feel. We also added Fender Vintage style tuning keys for tuning stability.

For the pickups we went with 3 Single Coil Alnico V's for a warm "stratty" tone with a medium output. Neck 4.8k, Middle 5.0k, Bridge 5.2k.

The pickguard is a synthetic dark rosewood with vintage looking bronze pickup covers and knobs for a truly amazing look, plus a matching backplate, and neckplate.

Fender Neck Specs:
There's no denying the allure of a roasted maple neck. Resistant to humidity shifts and featuring a gorgeous, dark look, they have more sustain and add a unique note to the instrument's voice.

This genuine Fender Telecaster neck is crafted at our Ensenada, Mexico manufacturing facility. Featuring a comfortable "Modern C"-shaped profile and 9.5"-radius maple fingerboard with 21 narrow-tall frets, this neck was designed for pure playability. The synthetic bone nut is pre-slotted with "pilot" grooves for accurate spacing when filing the final string slots. The perfect way to give your Tele® authentic Fender feel, this replacement neck even sports our famous "spaghetti" logo on the headstock.
