Enter the TGF Chop Shop "Royal Gold" Jem Jr. This is a brand-new guitar with some new "spice" added in the form of a custom gorgeous and "Royal" Purple Sparkle pickguard that POPS!!!

New Gold metal knobs, yellow switch cap, gold pickguard screws, and the stars of the show, Dragonfire Crusader Humbuckers in Red and Purple for a "Royal" and Killer new look and sound.

These pickups feature oversized hex-style poles and a total of three ceramic bar magnets in each pickup for a wide, triple effect magnetic field providing full coverage and excellent hot wound responsiveness. This design allows these high-output humbuckers to excel in all things Rock and Metal. Also great for Hardcore, Punk and much more, these dynamic Crusaders cut through the mix with superb sound versatility and presence.

When Steve Vai teamed up with Ibanez in 1987, little did he realize what a lasting impact his signature model guitar would have. Today, the iconic JEM has, for so many simply been out of reach - until now.

Steve Vai had always wanted the JEM to be accessible to a broader fan base and together with Ibanez this has now resulted in the JEMJR. A more affordable ticket to the magic that is the JEM, the JEMJR has been built to play.

The JEMJR features a mahogany body and the legendary Ibanez Wizard III neck. Many of the JEMs distinguishing characteristics are here, the H/S/H pickup configuration, the Tree of Life inlays, the double locking tremolo system and the famous Monkey grip and Lion's Claw tremolo cavity. This guitar is sold as a factory second for a some minor finish flaws.
