We at the TGF Chop Shop wanted to "Hot Rod" an SG for a while now. This beautiful 2017 SG Faded T was the perfect platform. We wanted to maintain Classic looks, and tone but make something you won't see at every corner bar. Enter the TGF Chop Shop SG!
This guitar was gutted and built back up better! New 500K Pots, New Switchcraft Jack, Switch, and Orange Drop Caps. For the stars of the show, we put in brand new Gibson Pickups. A chrome covered Burstbucker in the neck, and a Zebra Dirty Fingers in The Bridge. Not only do they look cool they sound absolutely amazing!!! Now for the look. We kept it classic but just different enough to turn heads. A new tortoise shell pickguard was installed with gold screws and new Gibson vintage amber top hat knobs to tie the look together.
This is a 2017 Model year in excellent condition. Just set up with new strings, frets polished, and fretboard conditioned. This guitar was reborn and is looking for its new forever home. It looks, plays, and sounds incredible. We put a lot of love and money into this build and its worth every cent. A Gibson Deluxe brown gig bag is included.
