The Yamaha DTP8-X Pad Set with Wood Shells is the official pad set from the DTX8K-X Electronic Drum Kit, combining authentic birch-wrapped shells in a rich Real Wood finish with advanced electronic drum technology. It includes an XP125SD-X 12" snare pad and three XP105T-X 10" tom pads, each featuring Yamaha’s Textured Cellular Silicone (TCS) heads for a responsive, natural drumming feel with quiet operation.

A precise layer of micro air bubbles on the TCS surface ensures realistic stick rebound and playing comfort, while two-zone triggering (head and rim) delivers dynamic expression. The included CL940MB ball clamps allow secure mounting of the tom pads to your drum stand (sold separately). Compatible with both DTX-PRO and DTX-PROX drum modules, this pad set offers pro-level playability for your electronic kit.
